If 30 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you do not see the funds return to your account after a few days, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time to process the return. If you have done this and there is still no sign of the refund, please contact us at contact.yourstylepro@gmail.com and we will investigate.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact.yourstylepro@gmail.com and send your item to:

You will be refunded for the original amount of shipping; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the product. In the event of an exchange, we will cover your cost of shipping the product back to us and the cost of shipping the new product to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not take responsibility for any lost items during shipping.

If 14 days have gone by since your in-store purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.
To complete your return, proof of purchase or receipt is required.
We accept returns if purchased within 14 days.
